Intros Incarcerated was founded by Thomas Latanowich, who is currently confined to a Massachusetts state prison. Tommy understands firsthand how profound an impact that connections with family, friends and loved ones have on his day-to-day life. He has also dealt with the frustration of missing connections with like-minded individuals that he knows are only a letter or email away. Intros Incarcerated was designed with this in mind. We are making it easier for incarcerated men and women to refine their connections through intentional and meaningful contact.
Tommy’s experience throughout his incarceration has helped him create a variety of culturally appropriate services geared to address the needs of today’s incarcerated population as they face the challenges of an evolving society. Intros Incarcerated is just the beginning.
Intros Incarcerated was founded in 2023 by an inmate currently incarcerated in a Massachusetts state prison. After years of dealing with the frustration of missing connections with like-minded individuals that were only a letter or email away, it became clear that there was a gap in the marketplace for convenient services intended to reconnect the incarcerated with people outside of prison. Incarcerated people are among the most intriguing, creative, talented, and driven individuals. Yet, due to the limitations inherent within confinement, they experience difficulties connecting with people and accessing the resources they need to achieve their goals.
We want to assist them in reconnecting with the outside world so that they can overcome these challenges and thrive throughout their incarceration. Whether it be keeping in touch with family and loved ones, growing romance, building new friendships, finding assistance with projects, business ventures, or legal matters, Intros Incarcerated strives to help you make intentional and meaningful connections. Our goal is for Intros Incarcerated to become the #1 leading provider for incarcerated connections in the world. We are working hard to provide services geared to address the needs of today’s incarcerated population as they face the challenges of an evolving society. Intros Incarcerated is just the beginning.

Welcome to INTROS INCARCERATED, a modern, worldwide social networking service, where we strive to connect individuals from all walks of life with incarcerated men and women who are seeking friendship and connection. We believe that every person, regardless of their circumstances, deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.

As you explore our website and consider networking with inmates, we want to bring your attention to the unique challenges faced by incarcerated individuals. Being incarcerated can be an incredibly isolating experience, with limited opportunities for social interaction and meaningful connections. This lack of connection can take a toll on an individual’s mental health and well-being, leading to feelings of loneliness, depression, and anxiety.

In addition to social isolation, incarcerated individuals face numerous other challenges, including limited access to education, job training, legal and professional help, and healthcare. This can make it difficult for them to prepare for life outside of prison and to successfully reintegrate into their communities after release.

We recognize that many individuals who are incarcerated have made mistakes in the past, but we believe that everyone deserves a chance to learn from those mistakes. By connecting with inmates, you have the opportunity to offer support, encouragement, and a listening ear to someone who may be feeling forgotten or overlooked by society.

We ask that you approach these relationships with an open mind and heart, and that you maintain appropriate boundaries and communication with inmates. Our priority is the safety and well-being of all individuals involved in these relationships. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
