3. It is the responsibility of the user to renew the Intro.

4. Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material is prohibited.

5. Improper use of this service to deceive the public or spread material of a threatening or libelous nature will result in immediate termination of the service.

6. This service does not guarantee results or connections.

7. Our responsibility is limited to the publishing of the profile on our web site and/or Instagram if applicable.

8. This is not a dating service.

9. We do not provide legal or professional advice.

10. There will be no refund after the Intro is posted to our site.

11. There will be no refund if Intros Incarcerated terminates service or seizes business.

12. Lifer’s Lounge- Failure to update photos within timeframe will result in termination of service.
